Jotting with Johnna - Fetch the Journal!

Have you ever attempted to explore your own individual cues and clues?

Journalling is great for that; and that's a well-known thing...but most people don't know where to begin.  Far from a diary, journal work could be chronological, of course, but also topical, written or typed, spoken, or even nonverbal - as in art journals, collages, etc.  People utilize blogs like this one, fancy pages with beautiful artwork, or a simple spiral-bound notebook.  Flourishes and lettering and stickers, paint, and scrapbooking materials all visit the pages of journal-writers.  As a matter of fact, many musicians sing what others might scribble onto a page.

Below, I present a guided journal exercise I devised for my Dear Scribes so that you might utilize it toward your Wellness Script draft.  Please let me know how it works for you and what insights you glean from the experience.
